I lightly steamed the shrimp in my sauté pan and when they were almost done I stirred in 2 tbsp of Thai Kitchen red curry paste and 3 tbsp of Nut Pods original unsweetened creamer. So simple, so delicious! I changed up my regular recipe because I wanted to emphasize some different flavors and I wanted the sauce to have a thicker consistency."
Make sure you rinse your Miracle Noodle Angel Hair beforehand for a minute or two. Drain and set aside. For a better texture, dry roast the noodles over medium heat until all water is absorbed. This process also primes the noodles to soak of the flavor of the sauce recipe below."

Thai Shrimp
INGREDIENTS:
Medium sized shrimp
2 tbsp of Thai Kitchen red curry paste
3 tbsp of Nut Pods original unsweetened creamer
DIRECTIONS:
1. Lightly steam shrimp in a pan. When almost cooked through, add curry paste and creamer. Allow to thicken and let flavors set.
Spicy Sesame Noodles
INGREDIENTS:
Note: WW points vary on servings
1 pack of Miracle Noodle Angel Hair
2 tablespoons of PB2
1 tablespoon of coconut aminos
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon sriracha; to taste
A pinch of garlic powder, ginger & red pepper flakes; to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1. Prepare Miracle Noodle. Rinse for 1-2 minutes, drain, and set aside. See notes above about dry roasting for texture.
2. Simply mix it all together and pour on top of rinsed Miracle Noodle Angel Hair.
3. Chill.
4. Enjoy!
