INGREDIENTS:
1 pack of Miracle Noodle Ready-to-Eat Spaghetti Marinara
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup diced scallion
2 tbsp cilantro
1 tbsp salt + white pepper
1 tbsp cayenne pepper or red chili flakes
1/4cup pistachios or nut of your choice for protein
1 tbsp crispy fried onions for garnish
*Optional garnish if not vegan: Parmesan cheese!
DIRECTIONS:
1. After warming the noodles in a pan, add all the spices.
2. Place onto a plate and garnish as you please! Can also add tofu if you don’t want nuts. Of course, carnivores can add meat to this dish!
