1 package Miracle Noodle Fettuccini
½ cup frozen broccoli florets
3 oz ham, cut into 1-inch pieces
½ tablespoon MUSO Smart MISO in Light Sweet Miso
2 laughing cow garlic cheese wedges
1 green onions, finely sliced salt and pepper
1.) Drain, rinse, and dry half a package of Miracle Noodles. Set aside.
2.) Microwave frozen broccoli until steamed and tender.
3.) Chop ham into ½ inch cubes. Spray a medium skillet with coconut oil spray and place over medium-high heat, add ham and cook until browned on all sides.
4.) Toss noodles and sliced green onions (reserve top of green onion for garnish) into the pan and warm for 2 minute. Remove pan from heat and add miso and cheese, stir to combine. Lightly toss in cooked broccoli.
5.) Garnish with green onions. Enjoy!
