Get little bites of heaven with these Teriyaki Tuna Rolls. You can make it keto-friendly with our shirataki Miracle Rice.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 can tuna
1 Tbsp teriyaki marinade
1/2 Tsp Sriracha
3 thin slices of cucumber
5 carrots, thinly sliced
1/3 pack of Miracle Rice prepared according to package
2 organic nori sheets
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine sriracha, teriyaki marinade, and tuna in a bowl.
2. On a large plate or cutting board, lay the two sheets of Nori and Miracle Rice on top, leaving the edges exposed. About 1/4 of the way in, layer all ingredients and fold tightly.
3. With a sharp knife, cut 6 slices.
