"Over the last two months, I have been approaching my food a lot more carefully, and eliminating things that just do not work well. Let me tell you, it's been a pain in the keester to find ingredients that work well with my system lately. I made this stir-fry and decided to share it since it's tasty, gut-friendly, and low-carb!

INGREDIENTS:
1 package of Miracle Noodle Angel Hair
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
Splash of rice vinegar
1/4 of FODY Food Co. low fodmap Teriyaki sauce
2 cups of broccoli slaw
2 cups of Oyster Mushrooms, sliced
Scallion (green tops only, sliced)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Prepare Miracle Noodle according to package, cut into smaller pieces, and set aside.
2. Place oil in a pan over medium heat. As the oil spreads, add ginger and stir for 15 seconds. Add broccoli slaw, mushrooms, vinegar, and sauce. Combine.
3. Add noodles and fold into the mixture. Add more sauce if so desired. Remove from heat and serve, sprinkled with spring onion.
