Vegan Veggie Sesame Noodle Bowl

"Never judge a food by it's cover. It bet you'll never guess what this Miracle Noodle Pasta is made of! I sure was, especially with how much I liked them! It's made of Hearts of Palm. The texture is firm, with a nice chew. They are so easy to make. They are keto-friendly with only 12 carbs in the entire can with 6 of those being dietary fiber."

This was the perfect texture of flavor combo, a little bit of crunch, and a lot of yum. You need to try this pair! Served in a bowl with some crispy chickpeas, because OMG the texture!⁣⁣⁣"

Veggies: mushrooms, sugar snap peas, carrots, chard.
Sesame oil - a drizzle
1 tsp of ginger, freshly grated
2 tablespoons of tamari
1 can of Miracle Noodle Hearts of Palm
Crispy chickpeas
1. Rinse Miracle Noodle Ready-to-Eat Hearts of Palm pasta. Set aside.

2. Sauté the veggies with a drizzle of sesame oil, some freshly grated ginger and tamari.⁣⁣⁣
3. Sauté the hearts of palm noodles with the same combo until nice and browned.⁣⁣⁣
4. Serve in a bowl with some crispy chickpeas.
