4 Foods You Should Eat Everyday
While most diet guru's focus on eliminating foods, I do the opposite for my patients. In regards to this advice, one member of our FB Group (getting close to 500 members) Liz said :
"I really like placing the emphasis on what I'm 'adding' to my diet rather than what I'm removing. It's so much more positive! ... I must admit, there have been times when I've wondered, 'what's left to eat'? Of course, there are a lot of foods to choose from but my feelings came from just that...what I was removing! This is a better way to look at it! Also, I'm already doing the flax, nuts, and greens. Next is the apple."
