Looks great. What are the amounts of each ingredient? Only the coconut oil has the amount listed. Also, do you have the nutrition information available?
I am definitely going to try. I love the noodles. I was suffering with gastritis and I must say. I am feeling great after substituting miracle noodles for regular carbs.
Last night I fixed my very first batch of Shiritaki noodles. I stir-fried broccoli and garlic, and added the noodles, just as in this recipe. I served them as the side dish with smoked duck… delish! But my noodles didn’t soak up the soy sauce and turn brown as they are in the photo above. Any suggestions on how long to leave the soy on them before serving?
Last week after watching Dr Oz, I started the Keto diet. I have lost 10 lbs in 10 days. The main ingredients in this diet are protein, green vegetables, coconut/olive oil and very small amounts of carbs. The Shrimp and Broccoli recipe above fits the bill exactly. I am so happy with the success of my diet that I am converting all my recipes to include shirataki noodles and this recipe is at the top of my list. Thanks, Gerrie
