We have a new fan! It's from @giannigoes on Instagram (AKA Gianni Goes) on Instagram! He really enjoyed his dinner, so much he decided to share with us his recipe.

"Dang.... I just whipped up my famous pasta dish, but instead of using regular pasta I went w/ these low carb noodles called Miracle Noodle. Only 1 gram of carbs! So crazy. Made from konjac flour, which I have never heard of - until now...but yea WAY better than doing zucchini noodles.
These actually grab the sauce AND TASTE PRETTY DARN CLOSE TO THE REAL DEAL. I highly recommend you give them a try. Trust me. Solid investment."

Make this dish with our Miracle Noodle Fettuccini!


INGREDIENTS:

1 package of Miracle Noodle Fettuccini 
1 cup Rao's Homemade Sauce 
1 lb of ground beef 
10 pieces of pancetta, cubed 
Chili powder to taste 
Parmesan cheese 
One package of Miracle Noodle Fettuccini

DIRECTIONS:

1.) Prepare Miracle Noodle Fettuccini: rinse for one minute, boil for 2 minutes, drain, return to your hot pan and "dry roast" Miracle Noodle till all water is absorbed.

2.) Cook beef, and then add in Pancetta.

3.) Add Noodles and top with sauce. Season with chili powder. Fold all ingredients into one another. Allow a few minutes for the noodles to absorb the flavors of all the ingredients.

4.) Top with Parmesan cheese.
