Breakfast Stir Fry Scramble

Miracle Noodle for breakfast? We actually get asked that quite a bit! Check out this meal perfect to start your day or break your fast! Tomorrow we will feature another great morning dish!

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 pack of Miracle Noodle Angel Hair
1 cup of egg whites
1/2 cup of baby spinach 
1 slice of bacon style turkey bacon, chopped
1/2 pack of tofu, cubed 
1 cup of Kirkland stir fry veggies
1/4 cup of chopped enoki mushrooms 
3 tbsps of soy sauce

DIRECTIONS:

1. Prepare Miracle Noodle by rinsing for 15 seconds. Place in boiling water for 2-4 minutes. Drain, then place in a naked pan and dry roast till all water is absorbed.

2. Fry up your eggs and as they start to firm up, throw in veg, protein, and soy sauce.

3. Add Miracle Noodle to the pan and combine. Plate and enjoy!
