"For me lunch today! This one is super simple and low-carb. It incorporates lots of greens! This recipe is the perfect sub for when you are crazing pasta but don't want the excess calories!"

1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1 pack of Miracle Noodle Fettuccine
1/2 jar Trader Joe's garlic marinara
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 cup spinach
Salt & pepper
1. In a pasta strainer wash noodles with cold water for one minute. Shake off excess water and combine with chicken breast in a frying pan on medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and salt & pepper. Once chicken is browned, and noodles are cooked (meaning they are no longer wet), add sauce, simmering on low.
