Taco Tuesday is happening, courtesy of our keto-friendly rice in this bowl meal from our Ambassador, Jenny!
Recipe by Jenny Wathanaphone.
2 packs of miracle noodle shirataki rice
1 teaspoon of butter
1/4 cup cilantro
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
1. Cook Miracle Rice as directed on package. Set aside.
2. Heat pot on med-high heat and drizzle olive oil and pour the cooked rice into the pan to get the excess water out of rice.
3. Mix butter, cilantro, and xanthan gum in and stir. Voilaaaaaa!
