Looking on the sunny side with this meal from our Ambassador, Lynn! This curry features our Miracle Noodle Spinach Angel Hair!
"Throwback to a particularly sunny day, after talking to my father on the phone, making some keto meal for Giant using Miracle Noodle. Giant, who has a similar palate as my father, is like a carnivore - no veggies. I decided to cook the curry noodles with spinach shirataki noodles. Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, seriously."

INGREDIENTS:
1 pack of Miracle Noodle Spinach Angel Hair
Home-made curry or a pre-made version. (I used home-made chili, and added different spices to it.)
1/2 can of coconut milk
Veggies of choice
Meat of choice
Fried egg
DIRECTIONS:
1. Prepare home-made curry sauce or pre-packaged. I am using home-made chili, added different spices to it, and most importantly, added half a can of coconut milk to it.
2. Add veggies/meat of your choice.
3. Fry an egg separately.
4. Place noodles into the curry and top it up with an egg.
5. Serve.
