Healthy Pad Thai
Make a healthy and clean version of Pad Thai with our Shirataki Fettuccine. It’s a great way to cut back on carbs or enjoy a favorite meal without gluten.
1 package Miracle Noodle Shirataki Fettuccine
Small chicken breast
2 green onions
1 tbsp peanuts (optional for garnish)
2 tbsp Pad Thai sauce
You can use really any type of veggie or meat in this Pad Thai recipe, too. Change it up if you want.
1. Grill chicken, set aside.
2. Chop green onions & peanuts.
3. Sauté onions & any other veggies.
4. Add egg, stir until cooked.
5. Follow @miraclenoodle directions on package.
6. Mix chicken, noodles, egg/veggie mix, and pad Thai sauce.
7. Garnish with green onion greens & peanuts.
