"I have to say this is now a staple recipe of mine, and seeing the faces of my family as they took their first bite was priceless.

I cooked the noodles separately using shirataki noodles from Miracle Noodle, which are gluten-free and have almost no calories/no carbs/no anything, really! They're traditionally made from fiber from the root of the konjac plant (97% water and 3% fiber). Not that I have anything against carbs and calories, I just enjoy these noodles on occassion!"

Cooking time is 20-30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:
⁣⁣
12 ounces of chicken breast⁣⁣
2 tbsp olive oil⁣⁣
1/3 white onion⁣⁣
4 cloves of garlic⁣⁣
Broccoli⁣⁣
Green onion⁣⁣
1/3-1/4 cup coconut aminos
2 tbsp sesame oil⁣⁣
2 tbsp honey⁣⁣
1/2 cup water⁣⁣
2 tbsp corn or arrowroot starch⁣⁣
Garlic pepper, ground ginger, salt and pepper to taste
Miracle Noodle Angel Hair, prepared
Sesame seeds⁣⁣
Optional: red chili pepper flakes⁣⁣
⁣⁣
DIRECTIONS:
⁣⁣
1. Heat a large skillet on medium/high and add olive oil. Trim & dice chicken breast and add to the skillet when hot (not smoking). Spread chicken evenly across skillet. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
2. When the chicken looks almost cooked/starts to brown, add minced garlic, diced onion, garlic powder, & s+p. Mix around. Once almost fully cooked, add in coconut aminos, honey, and sesame oil. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
3. In a separate bowl, mix the water and cornstarch until fully dissolved and then add it to the skillet to thicken the sauce. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
4. Stir everything really well and then add in raw broccoli. Give it all another good stir, cover the pot, and let it sit for 5-7 min on medium heat. Turn off the heat, sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds.⁣⁣
