It’s easy to make a keto-friendly comfort food at home with this Keto Mac & Cheese Recipe. Our Miracle Noodle Ziti is perfect for casseroles, pasta bakes, and pasta salads.

INGREDIENTS:

1 Package Miracle Noodle Ziti 
4 oz Cream Cheese
2/3 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 1/2 Cup Mild Cheddar Cheese
Black Pepper
3 Slices Bacon, crumbled
1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese 

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a pan on medium heat, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and black pepper until smooth and creamy. The color should be bright orange with no lumps.

2. Prep your Miracle Noodles by rinsing well with water and then heat I an oiled pan for about 5 minutes.

3. Add the noodles to your cream sauce and mix until noodles are coated. Stir in bacon and top with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes, broil for 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
