Kung Pao Shrimp and Broccoli with Noodles

1 pack of Miracle Noodle Shirataki Black Angel Hair
1 small head of broccoli
1 small red bell pepper, sliced
2 green onion/scallions, sliced on the bias
3-4 ounces of pre-cooked shrimp
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp black vinegar
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp of sambal
1 Tbsp of sugar or sugar substitute
1 Tbsp of minced ginger
1 Tbsp of minced garlic
1 Tbsp of water
2 tsp of fish sauce
1. Prepare Miracle Noodle according to package. Set aside.
2. Combine soy sauce, vinega, oyster sauce, sambal, sugar/sugar substitute, ginger, garlic, water, and fish sauce. Whisk thoroughly.
3. Separate broccoli stems from head, and steam. Remove when still bright. Do not overcook.
4.Place noodles, shrimp, and veggies into a pan, cover with sauce and warm through.
