Lamb Steak and Cheese with Bacony Miracle Noodle

Lamb Steak and Cheese with Bacony Miracle Noodle

Tyler is cooking his way through life as a chef! On his journey, he's discovered Miracle Noodle. We found his dish so impressive, we just had to share!

Make this dish with our Miracle Noodle Angel Hair!

"So this is a mouthful!!! With only 3 net carbs! This is a shirataki noodle dish with a lamb shoulder chop and some panela cheese."

INGREDIENTS:

1 bag of Miracle Noodle Angel Hair
Lamb Shoulder Steak
Salt and pepper
2 strips of bacon
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 fresh spinach, chopped
1 tablespoon powdered chicken broth
1 can of tomato broth/ thin tomato soup
2 slices panela cheese

DIRECTIONS:

1. Prepare Miracle Noodle: Rinse for 1 minute, boil for two, drain, return to empty hot pan and dry roast the noodles. Dry roasting is simply allowing time for all moisture to dissipate from the noodles. This way they are more able to soak up the flavors of your other meal's ingredients. Set aside.

2. Prepare lamb. Season with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook on both sides for 3 minutes per side or more depending on the level of rareness you desire. Set aside.

3. Pan fry two strips of bacon, remove and chop.

4.) Return chopped bacon to the pan and add minced garlic, chopped spinach, and powdered chicken broth along with tomato broth.

5.) Allow mixture to cook down and thicken. At this point, then add Miracle Noodle to the pan. Allow time for flavors to absorb. This only takes a couple of minutes.

6. Remove noodles and plate with lamb. Top it all with panela cheese.
