2 packs of Miracle Noodle Fettuccini
Leftover salmon or any other meat you have
Asparagus, washed + cut into 3 inch pieces
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 cup washed + roughly chopped parsley
1 can of Alfredo sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
Salt + pepper to taste
1 tsp chili pepper flakes
Lemon slices, for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
1. Rinse Miracle Noodle for 10-15 seconds. Place the fettuccini on a hot frying pan with some salt (over med-high). Allow them to dry up and let any water evaporate (you will also hear a squeaking sound indicating this).
2. Add in the garlic, stir until fragrant, about 4 mins.
3. Add in the asparagus, tomato, parsley.
4. Once the asparagus goes bright green, add the Alfredo sauce and the salmon or meat of choice until warmed through.
5. Stir in the fresh Parmesan.
6. Garnish with lemon + fresh black pepper.
