INGREDIENTS:

2 packs of Miracle Noodle Fettuccini
Leftover salmon or any other meat you have
Asparagus, washed + cut into 3 inch pieces⁣
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan
2 tomatoes, chopped⁣
1 cup washed + roughly chopped parsley
1 can of Alfredo sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
Salt + pepper to taste
1 tsp chili pepper flakes
Lemon slices, for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

1. Rinse Miracle Noodle for 10-15 seconds. Place the fettuccini on a hot frying pan with some salt (over med-high)⁣. Allow them to dry up and let any water evaporate (you will also hear a squeaking sound indicating this).

2. Add in the garlic, stir until fragrant, about 4 mins.

3. Add in the asparagus, tomato, parsley⁣.

4. Once the asparagus goes bright green, add the Alfredo sauce and the salmon or meat of choice until warmed through.

5. Stir in the fresh Parmesan.

6. Garnish with lemon + fresh black pepper⁣.
