Marinara Risotto

Marinara Risotto

Do you have trouble getting back in your diet groove after traveling? Armani tells us how she got her groove back after a two-week vacation with her Marinara Risotto recipe! Pair this with your favorite source of protein for a complete meal.

"After being gone two weeks, I thought it'd be hard to get back into the groove of things, but it's been surprisingly easy peasy! I broke out the air fryer which hasn't been used in a way too long. I always forget how quick and easy it is, and it really motivated me to start cooking."

Here's where Armani's air fryer comes into play. She tops her risotto with a garlic rosemary pork chop cooked in the air fryer with only a bit of olive oil.
