Chow mien? Yes, please! Check out this vegan version that's easy to make with our plan-based noodles. Here, Jennifer used some traditional ramen mixed with our Angel Hair. If you follow a lower-carb protocol, leave out the ramen, but use the spice/flavor packet.

INGREDIENTS:
1 package of Miracle Noodle Angel Hair
1 package of Lotus Foods ramen (optional)
1 cup of cabbage, shredded
1 cup of kale, chopped
Soy sauce for taste (or liquid aminos)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Follow package instructions for both Miracle Noodle and ramen.
2. In a separate pan, sauté cabbage and kale with soy sauce.
3. Add in cooked ramen (excluding water), flavor packet, and Miracle Noodle with the sautéed kale and cabbage.
4. Pour into a bowl and enjoy! Add in some extra soy sauce if ya need it and some chili garlic sauce for heat. 🔥
