"A stuffing that won’t make you feel so stuffed! Using Miracle Rice instead of bread is a healthy substitute, and the “rice” absorbs all of the thanksgiving spices and flavors. The mushrooms add body, and the egg white provides some extra protein. Give this side, that leaves plenty of room for Turkey and Cranberry Sauce, a try!"
INGREDIENTS:
1 Bag of Miracle Rice
1 Egg white
4 Large crimini mushrooms
1 Large celery stalk
1/4 diced small/medium white onion
2 teaspoons of sage
2 teaspoons of garlic
2 teaspoons of parsley
Black pepper
Rosemary
DIRECTIONS:
1.) Sauté veggies in a pan and add spices.
2.)Â Add miracle rice and continue cooking until flavors have absorbed into the rice.
3.) Finally, add egg white until fully integrated into the dish. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary and parsley.
4.) Continue cooking till service time.
