"As promised, here is my Paleo Pad Thai recipe. This was my first time making this so I may make a few tweaks, but it came our pretty damn good!"

INGREDIENTS:
⁣⁣
Miracle Noodle Fettuccine
Organic chard ⁣⁣
2 organic carrots ⁣⁣
Half an organic spring onion ⁣⁣
3 cloves of garlic ⁣⁣
Shrimp or any meat you’d like ⁣⁣
Coconut oil ⁣⁣
Cilantro ⁣⁣
Juice of 1 lime ⁣⁣
2 Tablespoons of sprouted almond butter ⁣⁣
1/4 cup of coconut aminos ⁣⁣
1 teaspoon red curry paste ⁣⁣
1 Tablespoon of rice wine vinegar ⁣⁣
1 teaspoon of sesame oil ⁣⁣
Red pepper flakes ⁣⁣

DIRECTIONS:
⁣⁣
1. Sauté shrimp or meat. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
2. Then make the sauce. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
3. Remove the meat, and sauté onion and garlic for about 5 minutes. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
4. Add in veggies and let cook for another 5 minutes. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
5. Add in noddles and meat, and then pour sauce over. Mix and let cook for 3 minutes. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
6. Top with cilantro and squeeze of lime.⁣⁣
