Pea Pesto with Miracle Noodle

Mallory keeps life balanced with healthy eats as she jet sets around this summer. She used out keto-friendly fettuccine to keep the meal balanced for her! Prepare Miracle Noodle according to package, and make Mallory's pesto and pair with your favorite protein.

I skipped the pinenuts and went for the super greens. (Hello healthy digestion!) 🥄I topped my salmon and Miracle Noodle with this delicious concoction!"

PEA PESTO INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup peas (canned/ fresh/ thawed)
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup pea pods
3 garlic cloves (or more!)
2 lemons juiced
Salt/ pepper to your tasting
1/4-1/2 cup olive oil (depending on the consistency)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Prepare Miracle Noodle according to package. Set aside.
2. Blend all pesto ingredients together. Set aside.
3. Cook your favorite protein.
4. Plate noodles, protein, and top with pesto. 

*Optional pesto add-ins.

Nutritional yeast, red chili flakes, milk alternative, jalapeno.
