We love this meal! It's creamy, delicious, and packed with veggies, fiber, and topped with an egg! Give this recipe a shot from our fan, Aidan.
'Miracle' Shirataki noodle bowl with creamy cilantro yogurt dressing, zucchini, carrots, onion, mushrooms, and egg.
These noodles sound too good to be true at 0 cal/carbs, but are actually a great swap! They're made from about 97% water and 3% Japanese white yam, which is slowly digested and acts as a prebiotic. They're filling with a texture similar to rice noodles and take on flavors of any dish.
For this recipe, I based the dressing on @gjelinarestaurant spiced yogurt, with a few additions.
