1 packet of Miracle Noodle Shirataki Black noodles
350 ml chicken or anchovy stock
1 cup of pork slices, squids & tofu
Few leaves of romaine lettuce
1 egg (fried sunny side up)
Soy sauce or tamari to taste
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp of Gochujang paste
Dried chili flakes for garnish
1. Prepare Miracle Noodle as per instructions on package.
2. Pour chicken stock into a small pot and bring to a boil. Add Gochujang paste, soy sauce and adjust taste accordingly.
3. Add all ingredients, noodles and cook for a while. Turn off heat and add sesame oil.
4. Dish up, top with a fried egg, and sprinkle with chili flakes.
