INGREDIENTS:
1/2 pack Miracle Noodle Fettuccine
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter Powder + 3/4 Tbsp Water, 1Tbsp Non-Soy Sauce
4 oz Precooked organic chicken breast
Veggies: Zucchini, Bok Choy, Spinach, Green Onion
Herbs/Spices: Ginger, Black Pepper, Chili Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1. Prepare Miracle Noodle according to package. Set aside.
2. Sautee veggies in a pan.
3. Combine peanut butter powder with water in a small bowl.
4. Deglaze pan with non-soy soy sauce (like coconut aminos) and water as needed.
5. To pan, add noodles, chopped chicken, and combine with the peanut sauce.
