Is there a representative of Miracle Noodles in Brazil? If not, how else can I buy it? Thanks.

Sauté the noodles in a dry skillet after patting dry, this gets the rest of the moisture out. You’ll hear a popping noise which is the moisture coming out. Also changes the texture a bit on the noodles. This was noted on the miracle noodle site.

Cooking that shrimp too long will make it tuff! After it turns pink it is done….remove from pan set aside….cook the broccoli n noodles, then add back in and let simmer n meld flavors some-serve. I’d have a small toss salad n OOPSIE roll with it.

This may help some of you
I prefer to rinse these noodles well
Then dry fry them to remove all the excess water
Approximately 5 mins plus
This enables them to take on any flavor sauce I desire

Helen

can you use scallops instead of shrimp

Where do you buy Miracle Noodles?

Karen

As to the comments above about the noodles not being dry or not soking you the sauce…..the instructions on the package says after draining put in a non-greased pan for a min to DRY the noodles….did you ladies do that?

Cheryl

I found out the reason the noodles don’t soak up the soy sauce is because they are still full of water from the rinsing. Rinse them well and then pat dry them with a kitchen towel, spinner, or squeeze them carefully in a paper towel (whatever works for you). They become sponges after that and they soak up the next wonderful liquid/sauce you add to them.
