Refused or Undeliverable Packages

You must provide an accurate, working shipping address on your order. Remember to include your apartment number, floor number or any other information necessary to ensure that the carrier can successfully deliver your package. Refused or undeliverable packages may be subject to return shipping costs. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs If you would like us to re-ship a package that was returned to us as undeliverable.

Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within thirty (30) days.

RETURNING UNOPENED ITEMS

You may return any unopened item purchased from Regular Girl for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. The product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment. You may mail the product and receipt to:

Shipping, handling and gift wrap charges are non-refundable. The item must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. Regular Girl reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
